Leslie is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Ridgecrest Regional Hospital's Occupational Health Clinic. Leslie spent the first 16 years of her career as a registered nurse at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital before graduating in 2020 with a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.

Leslie and her husband are very involved with youth athletics in the community. In her free time, she loves to travel with her family and attend her children's sporting events.
