With extensive experience in outpatient and inpatient settings, Dr. Minu Ambika is passionate about primary care, with an emphasis on preventive medicine and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Ambika attended the Mysore Medical College and Research Institute from 2004-2010, in Karnataka, India, where she earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Science. She then attended SBH Health System in Bronx, New York, where she completed her internal medicine residency. Dr. Ambika is excited to work in a close-knit community where she can have a good rapport with her patients and bring about positive health changes. She has future leadership aspirations and was a member of Toastmasters group for over 6 years. During her free time, she enjoys listening to music, reading, and baking.
