Rachel McDuffie, PA-C

Rachel received her BS in Life Sciences and Pre-Health Professions at the Kansas State University, and Physician Assistant Studies at Witchita State University. She relocated to California in 2003, and has been caring for patients in the family practice setting, with a focus on the medically underserved, ever since. Rachel enjoys all aspects of primary care, with a special interest in women’s health.

Lawrence Cosner, M.D.

Dr. Cosner completed his medical training at UCSD School of Medicine with a residency at Mercy Hospital, San Diego. Board Certified in Internal Medicine, two important components of his practice are promoting prevention and wellness, and educating his patients on how to manage their health conditions.

Jo Litzinger, FNP

Jo has 7 years experience in United States Navy Nurse Corps as a Primary Care Provider, as well as 20 years experience as a behavioral health nurse. She received her Master’s in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Degree in 2005, and is currently earning a Masters in Psychiatry as a Nurse Practitioner. In addition to working in the Rural Health Clinic, Jo also serves as a Naval Reserve Officer in Primary Care. She has a passion for Women’s Health and the medically underserved, performing humanitarian medical missions to third world countries and medically underserved areas in the United States
