To Get Started

  1. Upon discharge from the hospital or our primary care clinics including Southern Sierra Medical Clinic and Rural Health Clinic, you will receive an email with a link to the Patient Portal. If you have not received a personlized link at discharge, you may register at

    https://www.healthportalsite.com/ridgecrest (Rural Health Clinic patients)

    https://www.healthportalsite.com/ssmc (SSMC patients)

  2. Visit the link provided in the discharge information and provide a valid e-mail address to begin registration process.
  3. Upon completion of registration process, you will receive an email from Relay Health with activation link and information.
  4. Click the link in your email and provide your date of birth to enter or access your medical records and information.

Through the online patient portal you may access health records online including: 

  • Vitals
  • Allergies
  • Lab test results
  • Medications
  • Immunization Records

Please Note: If you add any information to your personal health record, Ridgecrest Regional Hospital cannot access those changes. All questions regarding test results should be directed to the patient’s primary care or ordering physician.
