Health Plans & Health Insurance We Accept

At RRH, we accept a range of health insurance plans to help you get the care you need closer to home. Although we are contracted with various health insurance plans, we advise you to confirm coverage with your insurance provider. Before scheduling your care at RRH, we advise you to double-check your coverage by either contacting your health insurance company or your benefits coordinator at work (if applicable). As a courtesy, we will bill insurances that we are not contracted with, however, your financial responsibility may increase if we are not contracted with your specific plan.

  • The list of health care plans below may change.
  • If you don’t follow the terms of your health insurance plan, the insurance company may not cover your cost of care. For example, you might be required to request an authorization before receiving care. If you don’t, the health insurance may not cover your expenses.
  • Emergency services are excluded and do not require prior authorization. Our emergency department accepts all patients regardless of their insurance plans or ability to pay.

Government Health Insurance Programs

  • Medicare
    • Including all supplemental plans (ie. AARP and Mutual of Omaha amongst others)
  • Medi-Cal all plans, including:
    • Dental
    • EWC (Every Woman Counts)
    • CCS (California Children’s Services)

Medicare Advantage:

  • PPO: We accept all PPO Medicare Advantage plans (or Part C plans)

  • HMO: We do not accept HMO Medicare Advantage plans without prior authorization from your insurance plan (except for emergency services). Prior authorizations are normally requested by your provider’s office.

Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans:
