Job Description

We are seeking Family Medicine Physicians as well as Internal Medicine Physicians to join our clinics; The openings are for outpatient and primary care. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and dedicated professional, committed to providing high-quality outpatient care. This role involves working closely with our team to deliver patient-focused services and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients. Patient Care & Treatment

• Provide excellent and comprehensive patient care. Develop and communicate effective treatment plans with patients and their caregivers.
• Conduct thorough medical examinations and maintain detailed patient records.
• Update patient information and medical records with the latest findings and treatments in the hospital's electronic medical records.
• Management of services in accordance with established Clinic’s policies/procedures
• Order tests for healthcare staff to administer.
• Review and interpret test results.
• Reasonable patient load

Collaborative Teamwork

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• You’ll work with an assistant, and scribe service (or Ai scribe) to better manage your administrative workload.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent Bedside Manners
• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.
• An active CA Medical License is required to start. Assistance is available for licensing.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Residents are welcome to apply if they are completing their US residency this year, as well as the board certification.
