Dr. Jurian Kaunang began his medical career in Indonesia, where he completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at the Christian University of Indonesia in 2012. Following his initial medical training, he specialized in pediatrics, undertaking his residency at the BronxCare Health System in New York, affiliated with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, from 2020 to 2023. ​​

After completing his residency in 2023, Dr. Kaunang obtained his medical license in California, he is currently practicing at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital in Ridgecrest, CA. He is known for his dedication to his profession and his commitment to improving the health and well-being of children. ​

Dr. Kaunang's approach to pediatric care emphasizes the importance of understanding the unique needs of each child and their family, and he is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to his young patients. ​
