How to Receive Your Medical Records
Accessing your medical records is crucial for managing your health effectively.
Here, we provide three straightforward methods to obtain your records
from RRH: using the patient portal app, calling our office, or dropping
off your paperwork in person. Please account for 5-6 days to process and
deliver your medical records.

Option 1: Drop Off or Email Paperwork to the Front Office
Drop off or email your release of information request and receive your medical records via mail or electronic.
Steps:

Note: Request forms must be completed with a handwritten signature. Digital signatures are not accepted. - Drop off to front office, building B, entrance B1 on RRH.org/map or email to medicalrecords@rrh.org
- Wait for the confirmation of your request processing.
Option 2: Use the Follow My Health App
Download and register for the Follow My Health app to access medical records
digitally.
Note: Some reports or test results may not be available on Follow My Health
Steps:
- Register here: FollowMyHealth
- Use a web browser or the Follow My Health app (App Store or Google Play)
- Await RRH to verify your information.
Once you have access, you can get your medical records digitally.

Option 3: Call for Assistance
Call Medical Records at RRH to schedule a visit.

What does medical records provide?
Medical records provide a comprehensive set of documents that include your clinical history, treatment records, lab results, and more. Please note that we do not issue identification documents or other non-medical records.
How long does it take?
On average, it takes 5-6 days to process and deliver your medical records. If you have not received your records after 10 days, please contact us at (760) 499-3668 to speak with a representative who can assist you further.
How do I receive my medical records?
You can receive your medical records in various formats to suit your convenience. Options include Email, FAX, CD, Physical Copy - either by mail or self-pick up from RRH.
