Cardiopulmonary Rehab

Cardiac Rehab Program

Cardiac Rehabilitation is for people who have had a heart attack, bypass surgery, angioplasty, stents or heart valve replacement. Our Cardiac Rehabilitation program is a medically supervised program designed to help heart patients recover from their procedure quickly and to improve their overall physical and mental health.

Services provided:

  • Cardiac Rehab
  • Pulmonary Rehab
  • Cardiac Phase III

The main goals of Cardiac rehabilitation are to allow you to resume a normal, active, and productive life within the limits of your disease, and to reduce the risk of another heart problem or the worsening of a heart condition. Individual care plans are developed in conjunction with the ordering physician to meet each person’s specific needs.

Pulmonary Rehab Program

Our Pulmonary Rehabilitation program consists of monitored exercise programs that last for one hour and are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation may benefit people who have COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), pulmonary fibrosis, or cystic fibrosis. It can also benefit people who need lung surgery, both before and after the surgery.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation is a broad program that helps improve the well-being of people who have chronic (ongoing) breathing problems. Individual care plans are developed in conjunction with the ordering physician to meet each person’s specific needs. The program can improve your ability to function and your quality of life. Even if you have advanced lung disease, you can still benefit from Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
